One of the areas identified to be in need of improvements is the access to quality early childhood education.
There is also a great need in primary health care for training, and for implementation of evidence-based medicine. NODEPA provides evidence-based medicine training for health workers in collaboration with local partners.
NODEPA works continuously to recruit highly skilled professionals in key positions, primarily in the fields of healthcare and education.
